HOW IT WORKS

Chemical-free ozone oral rinse

Ozonated water helps reduce harmful oral bacteria. After oxidation activity, ozone naturally decomposes back into oxygen, leaving no chemical residue.

1

Clean water

2

2-plate electrolysis

3

O₃ + O₂ generation

4

Oral rinse

5

Bacteria oxidation

6

O₃ naturally returns to O₂

WORKING PRINCIPLE

How Tumbler generates ozonated water

Tumbler generates fresh ozonated water directly in the bottle using a 2-plate electrolysis system, with a maximum concentration target of 2 ppm for oral rinse application.

1

Fill clean water

Fill 150 mL with clean tap water or filtered water within the recommended water quality range.

2

Charge and prepare

Charge the tumbler and make sure the device is ready before daily oral-care use.

3

Press start

Use one-touch operation to start ozone generation inside the bottle.

4

2-plate electrolysis

The 2-plate electrolysis system generates ozonated water on demand up to 2 ppm.

5

30-sec oral rinse

Use the generated ozonated water as an oral rinse according to product guidance.

6

Empty and keep clean

Empty remaining water after use and keep the bottle clean and dry.

FAQ

Common questions about Tumbler

What is Tumbler used for?

Tumbler generates fresh ozonated water for oral rinse and daily oral hygiene routines.

What bacteria has it been tested against?

SGS reports support antibacterial performance against oral bacteria including P. gingivalis and S. mutans.

How fast is the rinse contact time?

The key selling point is 30-second oral rinse performance, with SGS evidence supporting 99.999% bacterial reduction under tested conditions.

Is it safe for oral-use positioning?

The product is supported by cytotoxicity testing and Class I medical device registration documents for intended-use communication.

How is Tumbler different from OSB?

Tumbler uses a 2-plate system and is limited to a maximum ozone concentration of 2 ppm for oral rinse, while OSB uses a 3-plate system with 3 ppm maximum for spray use.

Does it require chemical additives?

No. It generates ozonated water directly from water using electrolysis technology without chemical additives.

QUICK SIMULATION

Tumbler Ozone Concentration Simulator

Simulate ozone concentration in fixed 150 mL water from 0 seconds to 3.5 minutes. Tumbler uses 2 plates with maximum ozone concentration limited to 2 ppm for oral rinse application.
